All common areas of the Disney’s Boardwalk Inn are adapted for the use of people with reduced mobility, including a wheelchair-accessible ramp entrance. Other services and amenities available include an accessible reception desk, visual alarms in hallways and public areas of the hotel, Braille signage and accessible elevators with lower buttons and audible alarms. Wheelchair-accessible parking and accessible pools for people with reduced mobility with a hydraulic lift are available.
Accessible Room
Disney's BoardWalk Inn Resort has approximately 20 accessible rooms in a variety of configurations to accommodate guests with hearing or mobility issues. Depending on the type of accessible accommodations chosen, these may be furnished with two Queen-size beds and a sofa bed, two Queen-size beds or one King-size bed. Access doors to the room and bathroom have a minimum of 32” of clear width. In-room amenities include air conditioning, dresser, dining table with two chairs, full-length mirror, Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, mini-fridge, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, safe deposit box, and easy access plugs and switches.
The spacious adapted bathrooms are equipped with a roll-in shower with grab bars; raised toilet with grab bars and lower washbasin. All bathrooms have complimentary H20 toiletries and a hair dryer.
