The Hotel Marianeum is located near the historical center of Prague, 1.9 kilometers away from the National Museum.
Originally, the Marianeum Institute was a shelter for elderly women and was run by a congregation of school nurses. During the first republic it became part of the Union of Catholic Charity and the building was rebuilt in a functionalist style.
