Accessibility & Inclusion

Siam Park is strongly committed to inclusive tourism and provides several facilities for visitors with accessibility needs:

• Ramp access in attractions such as Naga Racer and Lost City.
• Adapted bathrooms and accessible pathways throughout most of the park.
• Option to rent electric scooters for extra comfort.
• Fast Pass wristbands for visitors with autism or Down syndrome, allowing priority access for them and their companions.
• Special discounts for visitors with a certified disability of 60% or more, and free entry for those with total disability.

Please note: while the park and several areas are adapted, high-intensity slides and some water attractions are not recommended for visitors with reduced mobility due to steep slopes and level changes.

• Summer schedule (May – October): 10:00 – 18:00
• Winter schedule (November – April): 10:00 – 17:00
• Free shuttle bus from popular tourist areas such as Costa Adeje, Playa de las Américas, and Los Cristianos.
• Ticket includes: sun loungers, float rings, life jackets, parasols (subject to availability), and free Wi-Fi.
