Enjoy a personalized Wateryoga session adapted to your group’s needs, in a natural aquatic setting in the south of Tenerife.
In Detail
Wateryoga goes beyond simply practicing yoga asanas (postures) in the water. It combines:
- Movements inspired by artistic swimming
- Techniques from hydrotherapy
- Classic yoga postures adapted to aquatic environments
Sessions begin with a connection to the environment, followed by adapted water-based postures, breathwork, and a final relaxation. Always tailored to the group’s (ax 4 adults) level and needs.
Practice can take place in different aquatic settings:
- Natural spaces such as beaches, rock pools, or natural swimming pools
- Controlled environments such as private pools, spas, or jacuzzis

- Access to pools or spas:

- SUP Yoga (Stand Up Paddle Yoga): $58 per person (minimum 3 people)
Considerations
- Weather in Tenerife can change quickly – check forecasts beforehand.
- Always bring water, sunscreen, lip balm, sunglasses.
- Required items for activities:
- Wateryoga: swimsuit, poolside footwear, towel (swim cap may be required in some facilities)
- Aquawellness: swimsuit, snorkel mask or goggles, snorkel tube, poolside footwear, towel (swim cap may be required in some facilities)
- For hygiene reasons, we recommend bringing your own materials. If you cannot, we can provide them with prior notice at an extra cost.
- Please inform us in advance about any personal conditions or physical limitations requiring assistance.
